shop policies:

All items sold by GORE CULT are crafted with love and quality. We are based in the U.S. Please be aware sizes are all listed with size chart in each product. We do our best to describe each designs of all items. NO REFUND NO EXCHANGES. 

 

order processing:

 Order turnaround time is currently around 1-3 working days between you placing an order and us shipping your order, this may vary slightly without warning. 

 

order cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us: @gorecultapparel

Once all parcels are dispatched, we have no control over delivery time frames or delivery slots. We would recommend referring back to your tracking information for all shipping updates. Please note that we are not responsible in the event that your parcel is lost or stolen.

 

shipping & customs:

As we are based in the U.S., shipping overseas will cost more. All current International Shipping rates come with full tracking and your tracking information will be sent to you via email. Customs costs are not covered by us and we recommend that you familiarise yourself with any local customs charges before placing an order. Please note that we are not responsible in the event that your parcel is lost or stolen.

Emails are monitored daily and you will receive a response within 3 working days. If your email is regarding your order, please put your order number (e.g. VP0001) in the email subject so that we can help you as quickly as possible. Please note that unless urgent, emails will not be responded to on weekends. NO DMS ON IG.
